Air conditioning in the rooms could really use an upgrade!!! It’s frustrating when you can't control the temperature properly. Plus, the lounge accessibility leaves much to be desired!!!

Consider asking for a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay, as it minimizes noise from the busy streets below.

The family room had ample space for our four-member family. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh options.
The exterior of the hotel lacks visual appeal.

The spacious Superior Double Room offered a refreshing atmosphere and a comfortable bed, making it a great retreat. The complimentary breakfast was a delight, featuring an exquisite buffet with both oriental and western cuisines, including delicious smoked meat. However, the swimming pool was closed during the winter season, which was disappointing. Additionally, the curtains in the room did not provide full blackout, affecting sleep quality.

Location is fantastic, situated between two MRT stations and just a short walk to popular malls like SOGO. The room size was generous. I got the Executive Junior Suite with a big bathroom and both shower and bathtub. Breakfast offered a decent spread with both Asian and Western options. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. However, the mattress was a bit hard for my liking, and I struggled to get the room cleaned one day despite the 'please make up room' sign being on. The noise from the outside was noticeable too, which made it tough to relax at times. Still, I had a good overall time and would return.

The gourmet pizzas at Rainbow Terrace are an absolute must-try—crusty, cheesy perfection! And don't miss the breakfast spread—it’s a symphony of flavors! Plus, the location is stellar, with easy MRT access for foodie adventures. The concierge staff is super helpful, making my family trip smooth sailing.
Despite the shiny lobby's appeal, the rooms tell a different story, showing their age with musty carpets and stiff mattresses. It honestly felt like a 3-star dressing up in 5-star attire—total buzzkill! Also, barely getting more than two tiny water bottles per day? No thanks!

The Howard Plaza Hotel offers a fantastic location, with easy access to the MRT and various on-site facilities, including shops and dining options. The staff was particularly warm and helpful, and the room was spacious with both a shower and a bathtub. Despite being near busy roads, the hotel was impressively quiet.
The mattress was a bit too hard for extended stays.
